1. Website operator

Sihtasutus Gospelmeedia, registry code 90016565, operates the GospelMeedia website. For website, partnership and material-use enquiries, contact Vaido Palmik at vpalmik@gmail.com.

These terms concern use of the GospelMeedia website and the material published here. The conditions for a particular production, broadcast or other collaboration are agreed separately where necessary.

2. Purpose of the website

GospelMeedia presents Christian content creation and distribution and our media production capabilities. We are developing a platform for news, articles, personal stories, videos, podcasts and live broadcasts.

Descriptions of planned capabilities communicate the platform’s direction; they do not promise a particular launch date or immediate availability of every feature. The Media Bus is one part of GospelMeedia’s production capabilities.

3. Using the website

You can browse the website and view photos without an account. You may share links to our public pages provided this does not falsely imply our endorsement or a partnership.

Do not disrupt the website, attempt to access non-public information, distribute malware or use our name or materials deceptively. Automated use must not place an unreasonable load on the website or infringe data protection or copyright requirements.

4. Partnership and broadcast enquiries

Contact and partnership buttons open your email application. You send the message yourself; the website does not automatically confirm a booking or order. Sending an enquiry creates no obligation to pay and does not confirm a date or the availability of equipment or crew.

Before work begins, we agree on its scope, schedule, responsibilities, material-use rights and, where applicable, payment and other conditions. A general description on the website does not replace that agreement.

5. Using text, photographs and the logo

Rights in the website’s text, photographs, video material, design and logo belong to Sihtasutus Gospelmeedia or the relevant authors and rights holders. Public display or the ability to open a larger photo does not grant unrestricted permission to copy, modify or republish material.

Ask for permission unless your use is allowed by law or by the licence for the particular material. For lawful quotation and other permitted uses, respect the purpose and necessary extent of use and credit the author and source. Partners retain the rights applicable to their material.

Do not alter the GospelMeedia logo or use it in a way that falsely implies our support, representation or association with another organisation.

6. Materials you send us

When sending a story, photo, recording or other material, ensure you are entitled to send it and do not infringe other people’s rights. Where possible, include the author, source and any known restrictions on use.

Sending material does not automatically transfer copyright, grant an exclusive licence or authorise publication. The scope of publication, editing or onward sharing is agreed separately. We are not obliged to publish every proposal or contribution received.

7. Privacy and preferences

Our Privacy Policy explains use of personal data, and Cookies explains browser storage. Remembering language and display preferences is optional.

Browsing the website is not consent to marketing, publication of sensitive personal information or optional persistent storage. Cookie and accessibility settings are available without sending a partnership enquiry.

8. External services and links

When you follow an external link or use your email application, that service’s terms and privacy rules also apply. These website terms do not govern a third-party website. A link to an external source does not imply endorsement of all its content.

9. Accuracy and availability

We keep website information relevant and correct errors brought to our attention. Event arrangements, technical capabilities and development plans may change. Important cooperation details are clarified directly with the parties involved.

Maintenance, connectivity or technical faults may interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing here excludes or limits liability where the law does not permit such exclusion or limitation.

10. Changes and disagreements

The current terms and their date are published on this page. Changes do not retrospectively alter separate agreements or remove rights provided by mandatory law.

Please contact us about any question or disagreement so that we can seek a solution. Estonian law applies without restricting mandatory consumer protections or your right to contact a competent supervisory authority or court.
